How it all works.
The plugin ships with a full League University inside your dashboard: click-through answers for every screen. This page is the short course, so you can see how the pieces fit before you ever install anything.

Never touched WordPress? This is the whole trip, and most of it is waiting for coffee.
I have nothing yet. What do I need?
Five parts, in order: hosting (the computer your site lives on), a domain name (your address), WordPress (the free software your host installs in one click), a theme (the design), and the All-In Poker League plugin (the league engine). About an hour end to end, and the in-plugin University walks every single step with pictures of where to click.
Where do I get hosting and a domain?
Our own hosting at powerpokerhosting.com is built for poker league sites: pick the starter plan, grab your domain in the same checkout so they arrive pre-connected, and your welcome email has everything else. Already have hosting or a domain somewhere else? That works too; the setup guide covers connecting them.
How does WordPress get installed?
From your hosting control panel, the WordPress installer is one click: choose your domain, name the site after your league, pick a username and password, done. Your admin door is your domain with /wp-admin on the end.
And then the theme and plugin?
Both are two-minute uploads inside WordPress: Appearance then Themes for your league theme, Plugins then Add New for the plugin zip from your purchase email, then paste your license key. From there you create your league, add your players, and the theme assembles your homepage itself.

How does scoring work?
Pick one of six scoring models per season, set any bonuses, and enter finishing positions after game night. The engine scores the event and recomputes the season standings in the same save. The math matches the Power Poker League mobile app exactly.
What is the drop-worst rule?
A season can ignore each player's lowest-scoring events, so one missed night does not sink a regular. You choose how many events to drop; the standings footnote tells players the rule is active.
Can players see all of this without logging in?
Yes. Standings, the podium, schedule, per-event results, the Hall of Fame, and the timer are public shortcodes and blocks you place on any page, or you let a bundled theme lay them out for you.

How does online registration work?
Put the registration form on a page and it always targets your next scheduled event, with live seats-left against capacity. New players can be added to your member list automatically, or you can restrict signups to your existing roster with one league setting. Full events run a fair waitlist with claim windows.
What does the timer do beyond counting down?
Cast it to the bar TV and it shows the level, blinds, next level, average stack, players remaining, per-table seat panels, and the payout line. It survives the organizer's device dying, plays level-change cues, and lets players report their own eliminations from a phone.
How do I run tables on a big night?
The Tables console deals seats, records knockouts, recommends balancing moves as tables thin out, and breaks tables when the numbers call for it. Pre-registered players arrive pre-checked in the results grid.
Money and legacy.
Payouts, pots, dues, and the Hall of Fame.
How are payouts calculated?
Build payout structures by player count, mixing fixed amounts and percentages; the engine allocates to the cent and handles ties. Re-running a payout reverses the previous one first, so the ledger never double-counts.
What are pots and dues?
Pots are running funds, like a season-end championship pot, that can collect automatically from buy-ins. Dues are per-member obligations with a member-facing balance page, so nobody has to be the awkward one asking.
How does a season become history?
Complete the season and enshrine it: the champion, by main event or by points, and the player of the year go to the Hall of Fame with their stat lines frozen. Standings for the season lock at the same time.

What are the requirements?
A WordPress site you administer. The plugin creates its own database tables on activation and needs no companion plugins.
Where does my data live?
In your WordPress database on your own hosting. It stays yours regardless of your subscription status.
